At the One World Cafe in Salt Lake City Utah, you may be surprised to find you decide how much to pay for your meal and your serving size.
Denise Cerreta started One World Cafe in 2003 when she “had an ephiphany to serve organic food, let people choose their own portions and let them price those portions themselves.” If you can’t afford a meal you have the option to volunteer for an hour and recieve a voucher for a free meal.
The One World Cafe serves Organic and Unprocessed food, is dedicated to ending world hunger, and eliminating waste in the food industry.
It has inspired others to start similar cafe’s such as the SAME (so all may eat) Cafe in Denver CO. Denise has also been contacted by others who want to start a One World Cafe in other states.
